Alhaji Shaibu Musah, the Director of WACCOMM is a Businessman and a Tax Administrator. 
In addition to Standtall Micro Credt, he is the Director of Gutare Farms with which he manages with his friend and business partner, Alexander Amoah Orall.

His experience in Tax Administration started in the year 2000 with the erstwhile Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and currently Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). He has worked with various Departments such as Administration, Legal and the Commissioner-General’s Secretariat. From February, 2013 to July, 2018, he served as the Personal Assistant to the Commissioner-General, GRA where he was responsible for managing the Commissioner-General’s Secretariat.

He also taught as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Political Science, University of Ghana at both Legon and Accra City Campuses.
Alhaji Shaibu has attended a number of courses, both local and international. Notable among these are Crown Agents Course on Managing Human Resources, UK in 2016, Leadership: Managing Teams to achieve Change organised by Setym, Boston, USA September, 2017 and lately CATA/HMRC Senior Leadership Programme 2018 Kampala, Uganda and London, United Kingdom.

He holds an MPHIL (2010) and Bachelor of Arts (2006) degrees in Political Science with Specialisation in International Politics from the University of Ghana, Legon, LLB (Gimpa) and now inn Ghana School of Law, Makola.
